Juliana Žamoit is a Lithuanian-Polish visual artist based in Berlin.
Working from a wide range of subjects there is a certain fragility to observe in Juliana’s work; this can be seen particularly by the expressive use of diluted colour. These in juxtaposition with the cutting angular lines used in the artist’s work have combined to create pieces that can range from a more informal caricature to a stunningly detailed and more realistic one; even though many of the pieces explore surrealist ideas.
